The Lancaster High School boys and girls track teams won a combined 14 individual events to take a dual victory at the Charles City track and field meet April 27.
Sprinter Jeremia Laws and thrower Reece Rhodes won two events each to lead the boys team, which finished with a dominating 246 points, 154 points better than runner-up Mathews. The Blue Devils scored 92 for second place and Rappahannock 78 for third.
Rhodes excelled in field events, winning both the shot put, 49’10”, and the discus, 127’7”. Laws led Lancaster on the short track, winning….
