HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, February 20, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Delonte M. Johnson of Newport News, charged with two counts of probation violation on a felony offense, a trial was set for April 30.
In the case of Kevin W. Thompson of Callao, charged with three counts of failure to appear on a felony offense, the case was continued to February 27.
Dontay N. Davis of Heathsville pleaded guilty to weapon possession as a violent felon. He was sentenced to five years in prison, five years of supervised probation and ordered to pay $594.78 in costs.
In the case of Charles L. Elmore of Richmond, charged with manufacturing controlled substances and two counts of failure to appear on a felony offense, a trial was set for April 9.
