The Lancaster by the Bay Chamber of Commerce, Virginia’s River Realm, 101.7 Bay FM and 104.9 WIGO Country have teamed up with area businesses in Kilmarnock, Irvington, White Stone and Lively for an outdoor shopping and dining event August 28 and 29.
