“Unleashed,” a fashion show and luncheon on June 16, will benefit the Animal Welfare League of the Northern Neck (AWL). The event will be held from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at Indian Creek Yacht and Country Club.
“We thought “Unleashed” really expressed how we all feel right about now, after a year of pandemic,” said CJ Carter, one of the event organizers. “What better way to ‘let go’ and have some fun with friends than at a lunch and fashion show that benefits the animals of the Northern Neck.”
“Indian Creek Yacht and Country Club has just completed renovations to their dining spaces, so it will be a great opportunity for the club to show off and it helps the Animal Welfare League in the process,” said Jane Unangst, a club member and show organizer. “We hope to be able to sell 90 tickets….
