If you are a car enthusiast who is looking for a restoration project, take notice that on APRIL 15, 2023, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, the undersigned, Executor of the Estate of Douglas A. Swane, deceased, will hold a yard sale at the premises. Included in the sale will be a number of cars that were intended to be restored together with the contents of the machine shop, which includes a Bridgeport lathe and drill press among other tools, and miscellaneous household goods.
All sales will be final and everything will be sold “as-is, where is”, with no warranty. Items purchased must be removed within two weeks unless other arrangements are made. Payments will be by cash or check, due on the date of the sale.
